  • Scroll up to PREFERRED AUDIO LANGUAGE and use the RIGHT ARROW or LEFT ARROW button to scroll through the following options
    • English
    • French

A. To set or change your pin:
  • Press the SETTINGS button on your Rogers remote
  • Scroll down to PARENTAL CONTROL
  • Enter in your PIN or the Default PIN (the default PIN is "0000")
  • Use the RIGHT or LEFT ARROW key to Purchase PIN
  • Re-enter in your PIN
  • The following options will then appear
    • Enabled
    • Disabled
    • Change

Q. Why can't I use the arrow buttons for VCR functionality when I am playing programming found in the On Demand portal?

A. VCR functions found in the On Demand portal in the new Enhanced Guide have been disabled. This was done to create a more consistent experience with the PVR (if applicable) functions.

All VCR functionalities are now controlled by using the buttons labeled REW, PLAY, FFWD, STOP and PAUSE.

Q. How do I exit from the On Demand portal?

A. To exit from the On Demand portal:
  • Press LIVE on your Rogers remote
  • Tune to another channel that you'd like to watch
  • On your Rogers remote by pressing EXIT, screen by screen (this will progressively return you to live TV, 1 step at a time)

Q. What other ways can I access My Recordings on my NextBox HD PVR?

A. You can view your PVR Recordings:
  • By date, title, channel and by TV series.
